Sadness

Today we learned the unfortunate news that Jon's grandmother passed away. She was 93. Having known her for 13 years I must say it was an honor to have her be a part of our lives. These pas few years as her health deteriorated I felt so bad for her - I could imagine her as a younger vibrant woman from photos of the past. She was giving, wise and very loving. I hope that she is at peace and in a happier place.
