Ailing
The past few days I have been unwell - in fact yesterday I was the most unwell I have been in ages where I actually felt like I had no idea when I was sleeping versus being awake. All said and done I slept for 20 hours. I still can't stomach food - I barely ate today. All due to sinuses. Yes Allergies you are even worse this year.

ReplyDeleteHave you tried using a neti pot? I was sick as a dog last month with
allergy/sinus problems and used the neti pot twice a day in the shower. It worked miracles for me.
I have simply saline which is similar but in a can. but I really got knocked out Thursday.
